Does anyone know if the embedded RLM port on the FAS2000 series systems come supported by default with the hardware purchase? Does it require any additional type of purchase or SupportEdge Premium? Thanks.....
Supported by default with standard SupportEdge - being all picky it's actually called a BMC on the 20x0 Series. The main difference between the RLM (on the 31x0 series) is that there's no e0m management port (i.e. can't hit/restrict FilerView on/to it) and that the new Remote Support Diagnostics tool won't work with it either.
