FAS2020A - Access Key ID

Hi,

we got our first Netapp (FAS2020A with 12* 500GB SATA). I went to now.netapp.com and registered it but havn't heard back. So I rechecked the shipped documents and found the "Alternate Software Download & Access Key Instrustions". I found the Sales Order number but can't find my Access Key ID. Is there an ID for the FAS2020A and in which document/package can I find it?

Hi,

to clarify the "issue":

The Access Key IDs are printed on the "Sales Order With Software"-Sheet. Every Software has its own Key. If you're desperate to start and registration hasn't succeeded yet you can go to http://now.netapp.com/InstantAccess to download software.
