Hi folks,
because of an EOL announcement for a legacy storage environment I was requested to reuse an existing FAS3240 to take over the service. The first question was what is the guaranteed system availability and I couldn't find any advice if the FAS3240 has a 99,0 or a 99,999 availability. I talking about a single FAS3240 with two controllers but with not a metro cluster setup with two FAS systems.
Has someone a hint where I can find some official documents where the HA service level is described please.
