Hello i am getting this reports from Our Netap .What is the guide lines to trouble shoot this problem .Physicaly all power supply's are working but keep getting this reports .

This module is on the rear side of the shelf, on the left power supply.Not enough power supplies are present in channel 0c disk shelf 0 to satisfy disk drive and shelf power requirements.Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0c. Please check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.Enclosure services has detected an error in access to shelves or shelf configuration 0c.Autosupport was disconnected during transmission (SHELF POWER INTERRUPTED)Chassis power is degraded: PSU1 is failed. What is the procidure to change the psu is it hotswap ?
Is the error for the Filer its self or of the the disk shelf ?
Any help would be appriciated .
