Migration of data from HP EVA 5000 to NetApp's FAS 3160

Hi

I am new to NetApp world. Recently my company purchased NetApp FAS3160  storage to replace with HP EVA 5000. We are HP-UX based shop with Oracle data base around 2.5TB in size to be migrated to new NEtApp storage. Would like to know the different ways to migrate this production data with out much downtime .
