Netapp 2650 - Serdes or SGMII interface for 1G Copper SFP?

I am trying to find a datasheet that states whether the Netapp 2650 has Serdes or SGMII interface for the sake of choosing the appropriate 1G Copper SFP hardware type of 10/100/1000BASE-T or 1000BASE-T.

I can’t seem to find this answer.

There is a - Copper Transceiver X6568-R6 with Supported Cables. Attached pdf for FAS2650.

Actual Product for this X6568-R6 = FCLF8522P2BTL-NQ (From Finisar)

If you go to finisar website, and look for this (FCLF8522P2BTL) product, it states:10/100/1000 BASE-T operation in host systems with SGMII interface
