Remote renumber shelf?

cDOT filer, 4243 shelves, ACP all up and running happily.  Shelf 25, let's say, is all spares and unowned, and is in a stack of 21, 22, and 23.  OCD kicks in and you wish it were 24.

I see acpadmin shelf_power to cycle the shelf, but, is there a way to do all the silly pushbutton clickyclicky VCR programming to prep the new shelf id?

(because the filer's 5000km away, remote hands are expensive, and I'm curious)

I don't know of a way to change the shelf ID remotely.

and I doupt that shelf_power will work. because this will powercycle one module after the other but the shelf needs a full power loss to change the ID.
