Replace CPU AFF A200

I have an A200 in my home lab that the controller on side A will not power on.  I am able to get to the BMC and look at the event logs and it appears the CPU is having issues.

I removed the controller and heatsink, but it looks like the CPU is soldered directly on the motherboard.  Can anyone confirm that is the case?

The AFFA200 (and FAS2600) are fitted with the Intel Xeon-D 1528 Processor, which is a FCBGA1667 SoC (System on Chip), which are soldered directly on motherboards.
