Software for Netapp FAS 2240

Hello,

I need a OnCommand System Manager for a customer. The old service provider installed a FAS 2240 7 years before and they have not documented anything. Neither the license nor which email address is stored.

There was a running System Manager on an old VM but this was deleted from an administrator. So now we need access to the storage and can't download a new System Manager.

How can we get the software? System Manager

The file is there and downloadable. (I just checked).    But i have a feeling that a valid support contract is needed, is there one?   If there is one, make sure you're trying to download it with an account tied to the system's serial number.

The file is downloadable, but I haven't access with an random account. We haven't support more. And we haven't the account which tied to the system.
