I changed mezzazine in Fas2750 Base-T to UTA, (mezzazine was taken from controller with dead motherboard). All work fine, but there's one caveat: I tested the controller replace -simu automatic procedure, and it complains: Model Name Check Failed Controller model of node NCluster-01 is not supported for controller replacement operation sysconfig show similar, except System rev. native UTA - B1 "modernized" - D2 Do you have any ideas to fix this?

Hello, as per this document(https://kb.netapp.com/on-prem/ontap/OHW/OHW-KBs/How_to_cable_an_IOM12E_platform_with_IOM6_and_IOM12_storage_shelves_in_Multi-Path_HA ), FAS2720 with embedded shelf need meet strict rule when using a mix IOM6 & IOM12 stack. The above document only states that a new cabling installation is permitted. Is it possible to hot-add a DS4246 to FAS2720 with a DS212C in a stack?(refer to the cabling figure below) I didn't find the document about. Please advise, thanks a lot.

Hello! We are planning to perform controller head swap upgrades for NetApp AFF A400, AFF A700s, and AFF A700 systems in order to offer upgrade options to our customers. Could you please let us know if there is an official compatibility matrix or documentation that shows whether these platforms can be upgraded to an AFF A70 or newer platform through a controller upgrade (head swap)? If such documentation is available, I would appreciate it if you could share the relevant link. I also have one additional question. If a controller head swap is performed while the existing disk shelves and drives continue to be used, will the warranty or support coverage for the existing shelves and disks be extended as part of the controller upgrade?
