How to make a single raid group with 10 x 1 TB in FAS2020 .

Unable. Maximum RG size for SATA and RAID-4 is 7 disks (16 for SATA / RAID-DP, 8 and 28 for SAS). It's a "hardcoded value" you can't exceed it.
