Hello All,

I have just newly attached a new ESH4 to ESH2 on FAS 980C Netapps. I tried to check it to see if the filer head can see it but it was not successful.

What can I do to make sure the file head can see the added disk shelf.

You need to make sure that your shelf ID's are set correctly and that the ESH4 shelf is set to 2Gbs for the loop.
