moving data center with key secure safenet device

we are moving datacenters, and I need to move our netapp filers running 8.3, encrypted with external key secure safenet device. I need to understand how to power down the key secure and bring up in the new datacenter.

You would power down the NetApp system, and then power down the Safenet device - the instructions for that appear to be at https://thalesdocs.com/gphsm/luna/7.1/docs/network/Content/sa_appliance_admin/hardware/power_on_off_reboot.htm - however I recommend you contact them directly for assistance.
