Sharepoint and OneDrive show as absent

Hello,

I am testing the SaaS Backup for Office 365. I've added the service but it only allows me to activate the backup for the Exchange Online and MS Groups.

The user has global administrator role on my office 365 environment.

What can I do to enable the SharePoint and OneDrive backups?

Hello @AlexandreOliveira ,

Please make sure to have the Global Admin associated with valid licenses.

It might be a case where your O365 subscription doesnt have SharePoint and OneDrive licenses. 

Or if your O365 subscription do have these licenses, then your Global Admin account is not associated with these licenses.
