Active IQ is our flagship service that provides you with intelligent insights about your data storage environment. By integrating System Manager with our Active IQ, we support your proactivity by bringing alerts to the dashboard, as shown in the following figure. This gives you quick access and the capability to view support tickets without having to go to the Active IQ portal.
In addition, when firmware updates are available and recommended by Active IQ, System Manager will alert you on the dashboard to update the firmware. This supports your storage system reliability and resilience.
