Hi Walter, Let me summaries what I understood. You want to bulk archive the following to your snaplock device. Execution Status of all or certain number of workflow based on some selection criteria like, time/user etc, like the starttime end time, which user invoked the workflow etc You also want to archive the execution log that you can download today using the Exectuion portal individually. You would like to do both of these programatically or in simpler way instead of gui clicks. If my above summary is correct you basically are expecting one of the folloiwng. A powershell function which can do this Or a Equivalent REST API SQL access I know for sure option b and c aren't available. Hi Walter, What kind of external system do you archive them to ? Is it some change management system or source control system ? WFA exposes it cache db schema via a read only user which is documented in the product guide/workflow developer guide. But unfortunatley, that doesnt give access to schema other than the cache. Hi This is a known issue, this is the root cause of the problem. When you have a datacenter , but no host attached , we get the below mentioned error Error running data acquisition script: You cannot call a method on a null-valued expression. The workaround for the same is "Removing the empty datacenter" Request you to open a case with NetApp support against bug 736081. Here is the public report for the same with workaround. VMware vCenter data source acquisition fails when the vCenter server includes either no datacenter object or empty datacenter objects DESCRIPTION: VMware vCenter data source acquisition in OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA) fails and WFA displays the following error messages: 1. "Error running data acquisition script: Cannot validate argument on parameter 'Datacenter'. The argument is null or empty. Supply an argument that is not null or empty and then try the command again." Cause: There is no datacenter object added to a vCenter. 2. "Error running data acquisition script: You cannot call a method on a null-valued expression." Cause: There are datacenter objects added to the vCenter, but no host is attached to the datacenters. Sheel, Can you open a case and upload your WFA autosupport along with a backup of DFM database. In case the dfm db is huge due to performance data, pls use the cli below to get db only backup from dfm. The cli to take dfm database only backup excluding PA data is the following. dfm backup create –B Backup taken using the above cli should be restored using the below cli only, else restore will fail. dfm backup restore –R Regards adai PS: The above dfm clis works only on UM 5.2 and later.

Hi Dave, AFAIK, there is no way to delete or remove the default categories that come shipped with WFA. Let me check if there are any hack or workarounds for the same. You will have to do a refresh in the workflow to get this details, from the controller to the OCUM and then from OCUM to WFA cache so that the finder return it. Other way I can think of is passing this vlan as a parameter from the command to the next command. Hi Alan, Can you provides us with few more details and also try out the following suggestions. Is this is first time you are connecting the WFA server with OCUM server and it failed ? Or is it a perodic update of OCUM cache in WFA that failed now ? What is the mode of OCUM 5.2 ? Is it 7Mode or Cluster-Mode? Can you try the following suggestions and let us know if it solved your issues ? Try a schema reset in WFA and try to connect again to OCUM Rerun the OCSetup.exe or .sh file ? If both of the above fails, pls open a case with NetApp Global support with the following information. Download a WFA Auto Support and upload it to the case directory. Also pls upload the copy of the OCUM database in the CASE directory as well. There is an option in Internet Explorer called "Check for publisher's certificate revocation". Removing Check for publisher's certificate revocation fixed the problem as well. 2.
