Management Console "Other" Latency

Hello,

We are trying to troubleshoot latency issues on a volume, and noticed in the Management Console that the main culprit is something labeled "Other Latency".  The other labels make sense: Avg Latency, Read Latency, and Write Latency.  Does anyone know what "Other" Latency actually is?
