Is it possible to return a netapp bought in error?

Hello @all!

 

I know that this is a forum and not a first aid station, but I don't know what to do next and maybe someone knows someone who knows who ...

 

Has ANYONE here had this problem before and know who to turn to?
From Netapp I only got the succinct information that this would not be possible .... "no return policy" or something like that.
I am more than desperate ...
There is also the possibility of a credit ... another customer of mine buys one more often, but with a larger size ...

 

I ordered this in error and Netapp told me, that is my  problem now and they can't help...

Hello So Le,

I don't think anyone on the community is going to be able to assist you with this issue. Your best bet is to work with your NetApp account or sales team directly, escalating as needed.

In my years as a Customer to Partner to NetApp, I've not heard of anyone returning anything.  

 

What's the context of how this was accidentally bought?
