Cant Import Successfull Confi Advisor files into Config Advisor 5

Hi All,

 

The New config Advisor Seems to be unable to parse files ran by another system it comes up without any details to view, is there a work around for this? Customers should be able to run the config advisor and share the files for analysis.

Hi,

    From the screenshot, it looks like OneCollect. Are you trying to import ConfigAdvisor files into OneCollect? Were these CA 5.0 files or CA4.x files?

  ConfigAdvisor 5.0 was not backward compatible. Old CA4.7 files and reports could not be loaded in CA5.0. The next release of CA5.1 in November will support for loading older files.
