DFM not discovering Luns

Dear Community,

 

I have DFM 5.2.2.26328 running in two servers and connected to the same NETAPP filers running ontap 9.8 version 

one server am able to auto discover everything including LUNS but emails are not working 

seconds server emails are working fine but am not able to discover LUNS system is always showing no data available on the server 

 

I compare everything between the two servers all showing identical 

 

Any idea what could be the reason if any one was facing the same in the past ?

DFM 5.2.2 ? It's end of full support. Are you also managing 7-mode filers ? Even if you are running DFM 5.2.2 for cdot, it cannot manage ontap 9.x.

 

I suggest switch to AIQM to manage Ontap 9.8 (9.x).

Am running Cdot and it working fine from one server ontap 9.8 just want to move the server to another machine the new one is not getting any LUN details 


Unfortunately AIQM is not rich in reports as DFM even online alerts are not helpful
