Disable Provisioning Manager's CIFS auto-share create functionality

Is is possible to disable Provisioning Manager's CIFS auto share create functionality?  Shares are getting created for each dataset.  This behavior is not desirable.

Hi

Provisioning Manager does not create CIFS shares by default.

If CIFS is enabled in a dataset then Provisioning Manager will create CIFS shares for the qtrees provisioned.

Kindly let me know what you mean by CIFS auto share.

Also can you also let us know the output for

- dfpm dataset list -x

You can set the export protocol to "none" when creating datasets,

that will just give you a qtree, which you can then choose share later.
