Extract Balance reports via script/program

Howdy

Does anyone know if there's a way to extract information, such as "Virtual Machine Scorecard" with a Powershell script or VB.Net program? Please advise.

There is no hooks into the reports today.  The custy would have to generate as a CSV or Txt and import.
