How to add CMode and 7 mode new system to Grafana

I have already setup Grafana, I am very much new to setting up this perf monitoring system. 

Could anybody help in getting the process to to add CMode and 7 mode new system to Grafana

I'd check out this blog for the overall steps.  But if you already have Graphite and Grafana setup you need to download, install, and configure Harvest from the NetApp Toolchest.  Instructions to setup harvest are on the download page here.
