OnCommand Unified Manager version earlier than 6 has reporting mechanism through DFM; but OnCommand Unified Manager 6 has very minimal and basic reports. Then, how to get customized capacity reports out of OnCommand Unified Manager 6.
OnCommand Report says that it only supports OnCommand Unified Manager 5.2.
You hit a sore spot with me.. OCR was a great product, but they are discontinuing it for whatever reason and there is no replacement. Unless you want to buy insight.. Good luck with that.. For our environment it was min $2mill
I would suggest looking at the OnCommand Report User Guide (attached here) there you will find the information for the ability to use OnCommand reporting. If you are attempting to just use Unified then you have to use the export tab on right side then set up a possible report and edit from there.
