Hi Team,
I have collected the ASUP logs manually, and its are in .tar format, while trying to upload the files, i am getting " File not supported " error.
Error screenshots are attached.
Just wondering have you compressed it to .tgz before uploading?

Usually 7z works better. It is similar to the procedure for perf archives: https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/How_to_manually_generate_and_upload_performance_archives
I would recommend getting ASUPs working as uploading manually is an inconvenience and hurts supportability. Also, you can use upload.netapp.com (make sure upload destination is NA - east) for that purpose too.
