We use the Clustered Dat ONTAP Management Pack for SCOM. We're running SCOM 2012 R2 at the latest update rollup and are using the NetApp MP at level 220.127.116.1142. The issue we're having is the IP address of one of our clustered NetApps was changed over the weekend but the related storage system that was previously discovered in SCOM still reflects the original address. The storage system management interface from the NetApp MP for SCOM doens't allow for manually editing the IP address. If I try and add the storage system by the new IP address, I'm told it already exists (so at some level the new address is known via the DNS change). If I try and remove the affected storage system so I can re-add it, I get the following error:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore the error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Failed to init event log OnCommand with event source Clustered Data ONTAP MP."
Details of the exception are as follows:
See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Should the IP change have been picked up automatically? If not, what's the proper procedure to update the IP of a discovered storage system in SCOM? Lastly, why is the remove option generating this error?
