Is it possible to activate NFSv4.0 and NFSv4.1 with WFA?

Hello all,

A customer asked if this is possible to use WFA to deliver SVMs and activate NFSv4.0 and NFSv4.1.

Thank you.

I can't give you precise yes or no at this moment, but I am 99% sure that you can achive that. Here are some documents that you can refer to the links below:

Basically, it's a front-end scripting tool in a GUI form (Underneath it is going to use powershell/perl to create a script based on your inputs). I have use this tool couple of years back for testing purpose and we did some agg & vol roll outs.

If you read the section in the following link (old one): (The logic is: There are tasks you perform - Filling up the form, all the bits & pices (svm name, dns, lif, protocol, credentials) and WFA will take those inputs and run the workflow (Baiscally executing powershell/perl script).

Regaring your precise query : I will let someone who has actually done it answer you or someone from WFA Development team.  I guess, when you select 'NFS' it selects all the versions, and later you can uncheck it . It will need a combination of WFA and then some CLI on NetApp to verify if all has gone well.
