Monitoring used space in LUNs

Hi

With OM one could easily monitor the used space in volumes containing LUNs.

But this is only half of the work: as important is the used/free space inside the LUN!

Is there a tool or script I can install in the OS that reports the used space of the connected disk to OM?

Markus,

You can use the 'File SRM' Option of Operations Manager to perform file level analysis on LUNs. You need to install NetApp Host Agent software on hosts that mount the luns. It is an add-on license.
