NetApp Harvest not getting Volume capacity of 1 of my cluster

Hello,

I am having an issue for 1 of my nodes for getting volume, aggregate capacity data.
All other information like throughput, latency, CPU util is available but Disk Util, Volume Usage and Aggregate capacity is not showing.

Tried to restart Netapp-harvest, checking config, remove add node from config but still cannot get volume details but I can see volume list. It was working before but stopped working suddenly.

Hello Rakuten,

 

Can you check and compare the role capabilities on the working cluster with the cluster you are unable to gather volume capacity from to see what the differences are? Another item to check is, are you using SSL certificate-based authentication; perhaps there's a discrepancy between the two certificates on the working and problematic cluster.

 

You can view the role capabilities using the following command from the cluster shell:

::> security login role show
