Hi,
I noticed that when I run ./netapp-manager -import for Grafana 3.0.4, it says it imports the dashboards but when you login to Grafana they are not displayed.
root@storage:/opt/netapp-harvest>./netapp-manager -import

I did the same with Grafana 2.6 and it shows the dashboards as expected. You can do a manual file by file import in 3.0.4 but it is a pain when you have many dashboards that you want to transfer from 2.6 to 3.0.
Has anyone experienced this before? I have netapp-harvest-1.2.2 installed
Thanks

Hi @mzp45
It looks ok to me, the response indicates that Grafana says it created the dashboard. If you run the import again does the verbose output show the version goes to 2? Are you sure the dashboards aren't available in the GUI? Maybe you are accesing a different server from your browser somehow

Hi @mzp45
I have imported to Grafana 3.0 without issue, not sure if I tried 3.0.4 specifically yet though. Can you doublecheck your grafana URL is correct? Maybe run with the verbose flag (netapp-manager -import -v)? I have improved the error checking in the next release but maybe the -v will give more info to help why it isn't working, especially if you compare your working 2.6 vs the non-working 3.0.

HI Chris,
Here is the output with the verbose flag (I've xxxed out the hostnames and the key ). The url is https://localhost where I'm able to login to the grafana instance.

Ok i feel really silly about this but in Grafana 3.0 when you first login there are no dashboards displayed (unlinke 2.6). However if you click in the Home dashboard dropdown at the top you can see the imported dashboards. Visiting each one then adds them to the home page. So i guess it was working all this time. I just got fooled by the UI changes 🙂
Thanks
