OCUM Custom Reports 6.4P1 Database user access denied

Hi, I am trying to do custom reports on OCUM 6.4P1, i followed the instructions on TR-4565-1116_OCUM for NetApp ONTAP. When ever I try to execute the SQL query after succesful JDBC Datasource connect, i am receiving the database user has denied access. Need help in figuring this out..
