OCUM not restarting after upgrade to 6.4P2

Hi,

 

We are facing a problem after upgrading OCUM Virtual Applicance to 6.4P2. The ocie service takes about 7-8min to start at boot. Then the login menu shows out, but we cannot access the web service ! It says connection refused.

 

I logged into the maintenance console, network settings are OK, ping etc...

 

What can I do ?

it looks like a bug. better to open a case to trace it.
