The unofficial release for OnCommand System Manager 2.0.1 for OSX is available on communities. There is no engineering or NetApp NGSsupport for this build. This build is communities supported only.

We currently do not officially support Systems Manager on the Mac OSX Platform.

This build is based on the current Systems Manager build that will run natively on a Mac OSX platform.

This will be supported on a best-effort volunteer basis via the communties.

There will be no guarantee for support nor commitment from NetApp to providing an OSX based client in future releases.

I just downloaded the .zip and tried to extract the dmg but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have SM 2.0 already installed. What am i missing

are you running a Mac? if you already have SM2.0 installed it sounds like you are on a windows box. this is for a MAC.

Also please use the 2.0.2 version. The 2.0.2 has fixes to bugs.
