Since I have installed OnCommand System Manager, and selected to Save my credentials, next time I open System Manager it fails to log in with a User name called "null". Attached screenshot below.

I've seen the same problem at different customer sites.
System Requirements were fine. IE 8 32BIT, Java JRE, ...
I could not simulate this behaviour in a demo environment.

Upgraded to v2.0.1 and the problem still exists. Anyone found out why this happens for some and not others?

I had this problem, though I'm not sure why since it worked fine after going to IE 9. Anyway the solution for me was simply clicking on Tools, choosing Options, and then the Clear existing passwords button. I closed that session, restarted and logged in with correct information and Save my credentials box checked. Problem fixed.

Fixed it!
Navigate to the following C:\users\%username%\netapp\systemmanager
delete everything in there. The culprit I think is that the systemmanager.ks file which becomes corrupted. I think is an encyption key of some sort that is used to encrypt your username and password located in the systemmanager.config file. I deleted all of these, started oncommand and it finally saves things

Hi
This and a lot of other issues are fixed in System Manager 2.0.2. Please upgrade to 2.0.2 for fixes.

I'm running 3.1 RC1 and this still exists. I know this has been submitted as a bug to NetApp before, so why does this still exist?

I'm running version 3.1. I never saw the issue in 2.x of system manager. The only way I can log into OnCommand System Manager is to clear the check box for "Save my credentials".
