HI.

Why Oncommand Core (Apache service ) not running with VASA provider 7-Mode on the same Windows 2008 R2 x64 host?

Most probably your Apache service conflicting for the port 8443 (if you configured OCC to use it).

Bouth VASA 7M and SnapCreator are uing 8443 port by default.

So you need to stop VASA 7M and SnapCreator services start Oncommand Concole in your browser and reconfigure port wich OCC using to prevent the conflict.
