OneCollect Not Reporting

I have had multiple OneCollect jobs for Pre-Sales sizing execute, upload is successful and then the performance report and sizing info is not available in the OneCollect Sizing within Fusion.  Causing lots of issues.  I have used unique tokens each time and used version 1.9.  Help?
