OneCollect v1.9 schedule not run at windows 2012R2

I have a few jobs scheduled, none of them running.

Hello,

 

If you are still having issue with One COllect; are you getting an error or can you check if there is anything happening during that time in the even viewer within Windows.

You can either reply here or contact ng-OneCollect-support@netapp.com
