Operationsmanager requested feature: acknowledge and add some notes to an event

Hi,

wouldn't it be great to add to an acknowledged event also a note. That mean I would like a feature that when you acknowledge an event it should be possible to a free text. (what is the state, external helpdesk refernce number)
