OpsMgr Monitor Only or Read only account to monitor dashboard

Does anyone out there know how to create or add domain account to have read-only access to be able to monitor the dashboard page? (i.e. http://servername:8080)?

And what Roles or permissions to grant either on the DFM, Opsmgr side, or on SAN? Thanks-

Hi,

     There is a default role with read-onl capabilities called GlobalReadOnly, any user with this role can only do listing and not anything more.
