Performance Advisor threshold for memory usage?

I've gone through the list of all the counters which PA has (dfm perf counter list filerA:*:*:*) and do not see one for memory.  We have a controller that is running out of memory due to a 3rd party app and we want to create a threshold in PA to monitor memory consumption.  Is this possible?

These counters are in diag mode.

Adai , is there any command to verify memory utilization .like sysstat?
