Recently I noticed that when I go to save a workflow after editing it comes up with: "Save Workflow Failure: Server fault. Please refer to the logs for more info."
Checking the server.log file I've noticed that following message appears at the same time as I was trying to save the workflow.
Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Duplicate entry '1465-VfilerName' for key 'Primary'
In terms of troubleshooting I've already refreshed the cache and stop and started the services again but it hasn't made a difference. Any advice on how to fix this?

Can you please share the logs with us if you have not shared already.

Thanks for the responses. We use two different DFM sources and I was only refreshing one of them. Once I refreshed both sources it seemed to fix the issue.
