Setting workflows per user or per groupe, b

I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I couldn't find it in the documentation or the forum.

Out of my 70 workflows, how can I make a few of them available to Operators?  I'm looking for something a bit more granular than the "Ready for Production" mechanism.

If "Ready for Production" is the only way, is there a faster way than several clicks in the GUI per workflow?

I used the Categories under the Designer window to configure access for hte Users.
