Hi,
I am not seeing some of the SM and SV relationships (configured through Filer) in Protection Manager. Some of the relationships from the same filer are visible. Any idea what could be causing it?
Thanks

Greetings
Did you configure through the CLI on the storage controller? If so, make sure the SnapMirro relationships have an entry in snapmirror.conf.
What release of Operations Manager (dfm about will provide the info) and what release of ONTAP?

Having snapmirror.conf entry doesn’t matter for the discovery of snapmirror relationships.
Do you have your credentials set for the filers set ? As SV relationship are discovered using Zapi.
Look if monitors are running ?
Check if your monitor stopped due to lack of space in the install dir.
