Hello all,
I've got a quirky issue here.
Namely, I'm using System Manager for administration for 10 different controllers - but only ONE won't show volume information, it just gets stuck on "0 volumes loaded". The others are OK.
I am using 3.1RC1 version on Chrome, but I don't suppose this is a browser issue because the same thing happens on IE as well. Could this be a configuration issue of some kind on controller side?
Regards,
Igor
I've used Operations Manager to generate a config difference between THAT controller and his partner node (which works fine).

Do any of these affect how System Manager pulls data from the controller?
I'm having the same issue with a FAS3220 running 8.2P6 7-mode
Hello Giovanni,
This morning my controller magically became visible. Also, I got an error regarding a very long SnapMirror transfer from a remote branch office which took several days to complete (with an error). Anyway, I think this might be related. Do you have some SnapMirror relationships set up, with that controller being a destination? if so, try quiescing them and see if that changes anything. Let me know!
I had the same issue and it went away when I disabled snapmirror.
