What does this error mean ? Where should I check for the missing parameter value ?

1. Do "discover parameters" for the commands.

2. Open the workflow for Editing ans make sure that all mandatory parameters are provided. Save Changes.

The error shows you have modified the command, changing parameters , but workflow is not updated.
