Hi,

This issue is a known bug documented here https://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&Display=461864

The workaround is to create an alarm by using the "dfm alarm create" command in the DataFabric Manager server CLI.

The issue does not occur on English versions of Windows
