Upgrading OCUM 6.3RC1 to 7.1 requires upgrade to v6.4 which is not available to download

I have a customer that is running On Command Unified Manager v6.3RC1 it is deployed as an OVA on vmware, I need to upgrade them to v7.1, looking at the upgrade guides I need to upgrade them to v6.4 using an .ISO file then up to v7.1 but v6.4 is not available for download on the Netapp Site as it is not supported.

 

Does anyone have the file OnCommandUnifiedManager-6.4-virtual-update.iso  or know of another method to upgrade?
