alert not recieving at repeat interval

Hi Frndz,

From dfm, we are not recieving the alerts repeatedly as per the interval given.

In our example, we recieved a alert for snapshot full during the time when the snapshot was 95%, but afer that we modified the snap reserve space as 5% from 20 % now the snapsot reserved space went to 168% since that we are not recieving alerts for this alert.

what was the cause for that?

     Can you give us the output of dfm alarm list to know if repeat notification has been configured or not ?

     Looks like something is wrong and some needs to really try it in-house to find whats happening. Can you also provide us with the version of DFM that you are running.

      We will try and get back to you in the mean time you should consider upgrading to 5.0.2P1 or 5.1 depending upon you want to be in a GA or FCS version respectively.
