can OM monitor exclusively from the RLM interface?

Hello all

i have a customer that will be deploying a series of storage controllers with RLM interfaces that will have a DNS name ... all other networking on the storage controllers will be private.  Can OM ( and its other features PM, PA, etc ) just use the RLM to fully monitor or is a standard ethernet management network required?

Hi,

RLM alone cannot be used to fully monitor the storage systems. You need

a standard ethernet management network.
