Hi - I am looking for a name, severity and any threshold for event generated (if any?) when the time difference between Filer and NTP server or rtc exceeds the max_skew. thanks

I am not aware of any existing DFM events for this.

We're considering adding an event when a storage system clock skews from the DFM station clock, either ahead or behind, but it's not targetted at a specific release right now.
